Don't really see how they look the same as stock...other than them having cats on them. These are much smoother bends & have hi-flowing cats.

I reused my stock gaskets without any issues. Sounds a bit louder than stock but not by too much.

Unfortunately I don't know the HP difference between catted vs. catless. I don't believe its much though considering they are high-flow performance cats.

These will not fit the xi models.
