Sorry Rcharrette for not coming through for you on the DVs and hoses. For those who are removing their DV, take care of the the small hoses on the top of the DV units. Do not bend or aggressively pull the hose off from nipple. Tugging too hard will tear or separates the hose nipple from the DV unit.

Not only are the DV weak in containing the pressure, but are also constructed flimsy.

I texted him last week, I was happy to sell him my DV's. But when he told me $40 for BOTH, I didn't know what to say. For $40 I'd rather keep them just in case I need them. They are $75 EACH from the dealer, you'd think he'd be willing to pay a little more than 25% of what they cost if he needed them so badly.
