E93 335 service help

My car service message has just come on.

I went into the I drive menu and it says

inspection 12,000 miles

What will need to be done and what should I be looking to pay?

Want to get some information before consulting my Stealer!

No says contact your dealer to book in? Think it's the 2 years inspection?

If it says 12,000 miles next to inspection then that means you have another 12k till that service is due, its a countdown.

Go into idrive service menu and go to check control messages, should tell you what service you need.

Failing that just scroll down all the options where it mentions milleage to service and check which one is due.

if the mot was due, it would bring up the inspection lamp in oringe (on the i
drive screen) to advise you the inspection (mot) was impending.
when you reach or pass said date the symbol goes red.
remember mot is time related, and not mileage related.
as mentioned in earlier thread,if you scroll down i drive screen it will illuminate (oringe) which procedure is impending.

it has no mot symbol it just comes up as inspection.
