Aluminum Pedals ?
Has anyone opted for the Aluminum Pedals? Are they worth $85? From the pictures I have seen I think they look better than the standard ones. If you do have them, do you like them? Are they high quality pedals?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pedals are patterned with non-slip rubber insets for maximum control. Includes pedals for accelerator, brake and (for 3 Series models with manual transmission) clutch. MSRP:$85* Also available - Aluminum Footrest - MSRP:$75* -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks! -Mike- |

You can get the entire package at www.autowerks.com for $125. They currently only have up through the E46 but I imagine the E90 kit will cost very nearly the same. I have the kit (no dead pedal) for my E46. It looks nice but I probably would not buy them again just because pedals aren't something you see unless you are getting in and out of your car. Not to mention they get dirty easily and tend to stay dirty. If you do buy them make sure you have 3 very sharp drill bits as the steel brake pedal is a PITA to drill through. I hope this helped.

Yeah.....but with black interior and aluminum trim how perfect those pedals would be!
