Does anyone know a tuner friendly SA @ classic BMW in Frisco?
Or work with any SA here who is reasonable when it comes to home tuning? I don't want the book thrown at me when I get my oil changes.

Pat Arnold (so I've heard) is very cool. My SA (Chuong Nguyen) hasn't given me any problems either.

Chuong was my first SA as well. But I hear from my sales rep that Chuong is going to be promoted to service manager in the next couple of weeks. Which makes me think he will soon become more strict on such things since he'll be the man in charge.
I may go by and speak with Pat the next time I'm in for a wash. Thanks.. |

guess pat arnold is whom i need to speak with lol i need somone that is chill also i am in arlington. all i really have is the camarro's AE and intake...the cobb ill uninstall and dont wanna go thru the hassle of taking intake off
