Back in DFW...Sample of Toys to be posted

Thank God finally made it home. Just wanted to put a quick pic of what I worked on while on "vacation". When time allows will upload the rest of the buffet.

Thanks to JC, JB, and last but not least JA.

Yeah at first I was like what the heck is this? The emblem pops out a little since it is very thick. After spending about 9 hrs on the red 996 the emblem grew on me and gave the car a good touch. FYI it's a heavy modded X50 with lots of upgrades so believe me when I say it can kick some serious booty.

I'm guessing I agree with you on the attention whore part. Only bad thing is none of the toys I post are mine. Just showing my work! I typically arrive to a job at around 6:30 AM and usually get done around 4-5pm depending on services needed. After spending that much time and effort in a garage that easily reaches over 95F it's nice to get a compliment or two.

Thx for the Comment

Nice! Did you perform any swirl/artifact correction? What products and tools do you use? I spent about 6 hours on my E92 yesterday and finally tried some Menzerna Super Finish on the Porter-Cable. Since mine is Alpine White, I typically don't top the sealant and just use two applications of Jetseal 109.

Roger

Hey Amigo I use the same stuff found on Panomara and Excellence. I figure good enough to go on a $280K Porsche then good enough for Bavarian cars.
I don't use PC either. When I first started out I would use regular products from Megs. to obtain pretty good results. Now a days must say technique, experience and eye for what does/doesn't work has proven most helpful to me. No 2 cars the same, can't expect same results but by asking the owners a few questions on their toys easier to guage amount of work needed.
Lastly lots and lots of Elbow grease and Sweat. Try spending about 9 hours in a hot garage and still have a smile when the owner starts asking you questions about the work and how it's coming along. Hope this helps!!
