Which dealership to go to for GOOD service
Everytime i go to BMW to fix something for my car i get some kind of crap or bs from the advisor there or have some kind of problem.
For example, when I called in to make an appointment and told them that I would need a loaner they told me I to speak with an advisor once I get there. When I get there and speak with the advisor, he tells me that I should have told them when I made the appointment which I clearly did already. Awhile back, when I went in to get my window trim fixed bc it pops off when I roll up/down the window, they told me they gave me a new one and that it is fixed but I know they didnt because the dent from before was still there and its also not fixed because sometimes when I roll up/down my window a part of the trim still comes off. Does anybody know any decent dealership that I can go to and the name of the advisor also. Thanks |

BMW of Houston North was an excellent dealer for service in my experience, both their Spring and Woodlands locations.

i had good experiences at BMW north. You gota be vigilant tho and dont let them feed you BS. If you feel like they said they did work and they didnt get on their ass!
