Which dealership to go to for GOOD service

Everytime i go to BMW to fix something for my car i get some kind of crap or bs from the advisor there or have some kind of problem.

For example, when I called in to make an appointment and told them that I would need a loaner they told me I to speak with an advisor once I get there. When I get there and speak with the advisor, he tells me that I should have told them when I made the appointment which I clearly did already.

Awhile back, when I went in to get my window trim fixed bc it pops off when I roll up/down the window, they told me they gave me a new one and that it is fixed but I know they didnt because the dent from before was still there and its also not fixed because sometimes when I roll up/down my window a part of the trim still comes off.

Does anybody know any decent dealership that I can go to and the name of the advisor also.

Thanks

BMW of Houston North was an excellent dealer for service in my experience, both their Spring and Woodlands locations.
