FS: $46k 08 e92 M3 AW, 6sp, Almost all options

Hello All,

It is about the time that I part ways with this car. Simple reason for sale is I don't drive enough and I will just save the money for a little while. I don't absolutely have to sell the car but I can use the money for some other things.
A lot of the Dallas BMW guys and some Kileen guys have seen the car and it isn't "perfect" but it is close. The previous owner ran it up on the curb a few times so the front bumper needs love on the bottom but I think a good front lip will cover up the majority of the scrapes.

I'm not interested in trades at all, I have another vehicle that I'm perfectly happy with. If you low-ball in order to negotiate, don't, I won't even respond.

Specs:

Warranty and Service till April 2012. Since I have had the car the oil has been changed three times because the I never hit the mileage the service requires. Instead I go when the inspection is up. So inspection was just done also and oil change.

2 key fobs and manuals.

Make me an offer! (starting at 48k) The interior is perfect and the car has been mostly garage kept. Almost brand new PS2s, I think they have about 200 miles or so on them. It also has matte black grills and gills and rear m3 badge. I have the originals and I will send those with the car.

Mileage on the car 26,2XX. I have had the car since late 2008 and i bought it with almost 15,000 miles and in over 2 years put a little over 11,000 miles on it.

My gf's 335 on left and mine is on the right.

I would prefer a local transaction. Also if you are going to test drive I am going to require a proof of financing or a bank note that confirms you have the amount for the car. (Can't remember the name of the actual term this carries) I just want to be sure since this might be the first car I sell on my own. I might even be able to get a dealership to work this deal out for us if you need financing that requires a dealership.

Happy hunting. Thanks for lookin'. PM me for questions.

The term you're looking for is Proof of Funds... and that's a really good idea before you let someone test drive your car

GLWS!!!

Good luck with the sale. Good thing my car was inside the garage. Those hail damaged were bad...I gotta get some part of the roof fix.

I'll buy it from you as is for a $1000 discount per ding. I'm doing you a favor, trust me I know body work...

Seriously though, sorry to hear about the car. Hopefully your insurance will make it like new and then you can get back to trying to get it sold. We were lucky enough to miss out on all the hail here, and even if we did get hit my van's not worth filing a claim over .

Hey thanks guys... Yea I take it and my truck in today to get the estimates. First PDR person estimated about 1500 for the whole car and my truck was a little more than that. I'm taking to the adjuster and my gf will probably drive the m so maybe he will give her more money . I feel violated by weather lol. Anyways, thanks guys, maybe it is a sign for me to just keep it.

I did count the dings on my buddies and I lost count after 30 but I will ball park 45'ish hail damage dings plus two shattered windows. . What a crappy honey moon present.

but on a serious note, 1500 sounds like hell of a deal if they can get your car looking like new. I currently see 34k msrp brand new cars going for 24k because of hail damage.

edit:never mind, thats what insurance is for!
