Runflats and Tyre Goo

So would this work? Allow you to extend the 50mile range of driving on a flat runflat?

Just wondering.....

Garage List
surely the "goo" just plugs the hole. Not required on a run flat. Its the sidewalls that take the strain

they do...but you can only drive for 50 miles or so in that state.

But if use goo they are back to fully inflated so could travel much further on them?
