will these items ben classified as warranty work?

Hi

1. A rusty piece of metal in the engine bay - non mechanical part
2. Rusty hubs and the caliper is getting rusty in the metal bit?
3. intermitted starting ( HSPF thing, keep happening)
4. Wastegate rattling ( so far only happen once, video recorded)

would i just called up and tell them i need theses thing done ? what if they said its non warranty work? what should i prepare to say for a deffence as my warranty will run out by the end of the month so i really want to get theses things fixed

Just need some help as im thinking they will give me porks about all my stuff

Items 3 & 4 are urgent for you because they will carry out several steps of diagnosis before replacing parts so you need to get moving quickly.

Items 1 & 2 will just be good will (or not) not really warranty issues, especially at the age of your car.
