How to remove/replace fog lights

The domed type. The foglight didnt smash but it has pushed it inside the bumper and is sitting on the floor of the engine bay. Does anybody know how you remove the under tray/floor so I can re-attach the light or does the blank grill that it fixes to come out without having to remove the floor? Cheers Bryan
