Next 335 Lease
I am looking at leasing another 335 once my current lease is over which would be in about 7 months. To my knowledge if you lease another BMW you can turn in your current car up to 3 months early.
I was also looking to order my next car to my exact specs. Would the dealer allow me to order my car even if they have the car with the same options I want on their lot? Would this make them not negotiate as much with me? Currently BMWNA has their 27 month lease going on which seems to be a great way to go for me now. I am wondering is it to early for me to start hitting up dealers considering it takes 3-4 months for an ordered car to get to the dealer and also that I can turn in my car 3 months early?

Why would you order if they have the car on the lot? You'll definitely be able to order one way or another.
Talk to your SA about turning in the car three months early. When I leased a Subaru, they encouraged me to turn the car in early (up to 90 days before lease was up).
