Noob Question
Well I have the base system in my car.. well as you know it sucks! I looked at BSW and wow on the prices. Can I just replace my mids, tweeters, add sub and replace amps? I have NAV/I-Drive?
Or do I need to do something before I can do that? |

Plenty of posts out there to answer your own questions. Or, just wait until Ctuna inundates you with links.

Well now I feel obliged to give the standard ones
You have to know which 2011 system you are starting with the one without tweeters and amp or the older modified hi fi.

My guess would be no .
I would check your trunk for the amp and take a look at the
cable going in . If it looks like the cable in the above links you should be OK. Technic makes a harness that allows you to connect to the hi fi amp connector without cutting any wires . I would try to get in contact with him or VP Electricity . Contact VP Electricity for a complete kit or search for Technics system suggestions in this forum. Its not cheap to modify this system because of speaker depth and size . Technic has the best suggestions for low cost systems. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=368847 Last edited by ctuna; 04-08-2011 at 01:55 AM.. |
