New Springs and Shocks

I finally bit the bullet and ordered set of Springs and shocks to cure the body roll and squidginess of my 325D SE Touring. I have gone for Bilstein B6 hocks combined with Eibach Pro Kit progressive springs - 20mm drop at the front and 0mm at the rear which is fine as the SE sits at exactly the same ride height as my mates 320M Sport E91 already. Also bartering on a set of 18" Ellipsoids which look pretty good on the SE. Will report back on the results once I get the things all fitted. Any body go any tips/shortcuts for the fitting process would be appreciated (Highland Pete)?
