Question Would THIS car have efficient dynamics?

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classifi...1501?logcode=p

Just reading this review (http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/Green-C...10-CAR-review/ ) and looking at the above ad...would IT have...

"It is – since BMW first revealed its eco-friendly Efficient Dynamics technology in 2007, every manual 320d that’s emerged from Munich’s factories has been fitted with active aero, low-rolling resistance tyres, a gearshift indicator, an intelligent alternator and a stop/start system. In fact, every four-cylinder Three with a manual ‘box has come so equipped." (taken from the review above)

Im totally lost and just cant get my head around this whole efficient dynamics malarky...I hear about the really efficient car that can achieve 60+ mpg and is £20 or £30 a year to tax?? thats not the one in the ad I know but which one is that then? Are they 2010 onwards only?

ED came in on the cars built after September '07. On the surface of it, this car would appear to be an ED version with stop/start. But... Park's in Glasgow had a 320i in the window in November 2007 which hadn't sold and wasn't an ED version. They finally sold it in January 2008 which makes it an 08 car but NOT ED.

The blurb about low resistance tyres is complete shite. That only applies to the single model, 320d ED E90 which is based on the SE and has 16" wheels with Michelin non runflat low resistance tyres.
