Is this the Injector Issue Q

My car has experienced a few times recently, what I can only describe as 'pulses' or gear change type feel, or maybe 'missing a beat' lately, is this the injector issue? If so what are the consequences if it continues, does the car eventually stall or if it gets worse are you likely to lose substantial power just at the point where an artic truck is fast approaching you?

Thanks

Sounds like a misfire to me.

If it's under warranty/you want to take it to a garage I'd get it seen to asap.

If it's not in warranty or you don't to take it to a garage I'd start with plugs/leads/coils in that order.

Failing that it could well be an injector on the fritz (do a quick search for injector and you will see the issues the petrol engines are suffering). Alternatively you could take it to a garage to get a diagnostic read done?

Coulod well be the hight pressure fuel pump. I have now had 2 on mine. The last one has made a big difference as to how the car runs.

Hi

Take it to a dealer, grab a BT cable or BMS CT tool to read codes. Without first checking for codes your stabbing in the dark.

So a 6 month old injector has lunched itself?

Yep appears so, what worries me if it wasn't under warranty what it would have cost me (didn't ask), anyone know?
