Pending the sale of the care I have now, I will be in the market for a new one so I just wanted to see what is out there.

I am looking for 2009 335i/d/xi with a navigation, for less 40k miles and for about 30k.

Some of the combinations I'm looking at....

1. Le Mans Blue Sedan, Black Leather

2. BSM e90/e92 with Red Int

3. AW e90/e92 with Red Int

If I could get one with a M-Sport package that would be ideal

$30k is a huge stretch. I have '09 335i x-drive E90 with a hair under 30k miles. It has sport, premium, nav, CA, Sirius, Smartphone integration, Logic 7, Cold Weather, Steptronic with paddles, HD radio, front/rear PDC.

Garaged day/night, no dings, dents or damage. Clearbra on front bumper, mirrors, partial hood, wheel wells and rear bumper.

Monaco blue with Saddle interior. Frequently detailed using Menzerna products and Leatherique for the inside.

No mods and it comes with a set of Rial Salerno's with ContiExtremeWinter tires in addition to the stock wheels with ContiProContacts. It has prepaid maintenance to 100k miles (or Aug 2015) and extended warranty for the same period. $36k takes it - including the $4k in maintenance and warranty.
