Trust me, I searched!

e92 with race springs
Rear: Current 235/35/19 PS2 Tires 19x9.5 offset at 37 with 15mm spacer.
Rear: GETTING 265/30/19 Federal tires. 19x9.5 offset at 37 with 15mm spacer.

Will it fit?!

You'll definitely have to roll your rear fenders to get that setup to fit. If you're not looking to do so, then you may want to consider going with a 5mm spacer instead to make the wheels a 19x9.5 ET32.

Is et32 the most I can go with a 265 tire?

unless you get a sedan. I fit a +25 with a 265 with no issues. I was told by many that I would need a roll. I didn't. But, 32-15=22. Don't think so.

An E92 with 9.5 +22 with a 265 tire and Race Springs will definitely have some rubbing issues without a fender roll.
