Received Voice Message From Dealer RE: Software Update
I missed a call today from the dealer, they asked me to call and book an appointment because the car needs to be brought in for a software update.
Has anyone received a call like this for their 2011 335? If so, does anyone know what this update is for? Thanks |

I received a letter; an official recall notice was sent out a little while ago for all 335 owners, I'd scan it and put it on here but I'm at work lol. But it has to do with the HPFP. Said so explicitly.

So I've confirmed that the update is for the dash light and the HPFP. They indicate I've got the latest HPFP but that there's a software update for it. They said it would take 4 hours.
While the car is in I'm going to have them take care of some other minor stuff under the 12 month adjustment period warranty. I was going to wait until Spring to have that stuff looked at but since the car is going in, might as well. |
