My rims fit in my e92 with seats folded down

you could always have the rims 'upright' on the back seats.

Be careful not to damage the light strips for mood lighting or whatever it's called. I broke one of mine when I was transporting bare rims

i always bring a bunch of old sheets and comforters and lay it down and around the edges so it doesn't mess up my interior.

Piece of cake! We have customers doing this setup all the time.

1 in trunk, 2 in rear seats, 1 in front passenger.

You should fit 2 in the trunk and to in the rear seat, no need to fold the rear seats down.

Definitely does fit .. I've put 6 wheels total in my E92 335i before. Just make sure to bring some old towels to cover up the leather seats!

Did the same with two 19x8.5 and two 19x10 wheels, two 245/35/19 and two 275/30/19 tires. Had to play a little Tetris but eventually got them all to fit (no folding seats).

Wheels with tires mounted should be no problem.

Yeah, definitely. A small amount of dye rubbed off from one of my seat bolsters due to friction with a tire.

Transported 4 225/45/17 tires past weekend, no wheels. 2 fit in the trunk, one on top of another slide to the side. 2 fit on rear seat flat no folding seat. There is a room for another pair on top actually.
