Tire shop gouged my rim, what next?

So I got my rft tires taken off and replaced with continental dw tires which are great. However, the shop (discount tire in Houston) gouged the edge of my rim about 3 inches long which I didn't notice till I got home after the shop closed. The shop is closed tomorrow, but I am plannig on calling the shop on monday.

Is there a chance in hell they will admit fault? How much/how do I get the rims fixed? I have 18 inch vmr710s.

Unfortunately you didnt catch it while you were there. Dont think much can be done since you cant prove they did it.

Keep us posted.

Kenny,
I agree that you didnt catch that F-up while the car was at the shop; I just got my rims fixed this week from a severe case of road rash (i can post before and after pic). I used Rollos Solutions over on Richmond; they repaired the rim in a single day turn-around, and the rim looks BEAUTIFUL!

My aggravations with Discount Tire (59N&1960) is they always jammed a screwdriver into the center cap to remove it, instead of just pushing it out by hand.

Give Adrian Gamez a call at Rollo Solutions (5524 Richmond Avenue, 713-780-8083), they are extremely professional and I highly recommend them...Oh, and it cost me $125 flat to get it fixed; It's worth it, the fixed rim is flawless. He might do additional rims at a reduced price...

They repair OE and aftermarket rims, so your VMR's shouldnt be a problem.
