Thinking about a 09 335i?

Hey guys. I come from e60.net and thinking of getting rid of my 07 530xi and getting a 09 335i sedan. I keep coming across this 09 335 (WBAPM77569NL87129) in the Jersey area that is super cheap and crazy low miles. The car fax says it was in a accident with the car running over a curb. If there was any real problems, wouldnt BMW fix them? AM i missing something or should I keep looking? Thoughts.... thanks.

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

Don't go from a '07 to '09, waste of money. Keep the '07 if it's under extended warranty.

An accident with a car hitting a curb would make me nervous due tk potentially bad suspension problems.

That being said, I wholeheartedly recommend an 09 335 sedan. I bought mine for under 30k with low 30k miles and almost all the options I wanted (I wanted msport but settled for sport). It was hard to find the one I wanted since I wanted 6mt, but the car is perfect.

I drove everything and nothing could compete with the e90 335 lci when you considered driving experience, style, power, modability, and value. Do it man, just find one without an accident.

Don't do it brother, wrecks are bad. All BMW drivers drive fast, so I'am pretty sure that hit was hard. I own a 2009 335i and it's awesome.
