335i Problems.. Besides HPFP

Other than HPFP, are there any other common problems with the 335i? Stuff that isn't covered after factory warranty (50K)?

Anything. Such as electrical problems

Seems like adaptive headlights and busted RFTs and rims when you hit potholes. I had a flakey L7. Noticed a few other people did as well.

Injectors, Coils, Heavy Carbon Build up. Those are the problems I've had.

I have never, ever, purchased an extended warranty, because I don't believe in them. On the E92 335i, because of my experience with it, I purchased the 7/100 gold. With my luck, the car will be problem-free as a result (has been for 10 mos. now since a PUMA case). But I still believe it's justified. Heck, a 330i driver said $1800 for an EVAP problem--another guy, $900 for a water pump. That is BMW, nothing to do with a N54. These cars are potentially 5X as expensive to repair as a Japanese car. You don't want to face that without a warranty (cowboys and trust fund babies this doesn't apply)...

Have an 2007 335 coupe with 42000 miles on it. HPFP fuel pump replaced at 32 ks and fuel injectors replaced 3000 miles later. Everything fixed under warranty.
No problems after that!
Love the car.
