Old woman!

It sucks when you see a 70 year old woman driving in an m3 going soo slow I would respect the hellbout of her if she was driving it and like just liked fast cars but I doubt she knew what she had under that hood, cheers to her car but it does bug me, am I alone?

Better than that! (or should I say worst ?...)

Before getting my 2011 328xi, I had a Hyundai Accent GL (what an upgrade!). On a road, a young woman with a BMW 325xi was driving about 5mph faster than me. She overtook me an disapeared for a moment.

Later, I find her behind a truck running slooooowly. We reached a zone for overtaking and.. she stayed behind the truck. With my Accent, I overtook her and the truck at the same time. Later, she came back et overtook me again. This re-happened --4-- times !

If there is enough place for me to overtake with an Accent, how can she not have the place for doing it with a 325xi!

I do have pictures of my car (I already posted few last month) but have no picture of the situation I described. It happened about 5 years ago on road 175 in Quebec. I do not take picture when driving, even less when overtaking.

It doesn't bother me in the least. It's the car she drives. That's it.

Best I've seen was a little old lady (maybe 70+) with the short curly hair and big glasses driving a newer dodge viper. License plate: ICANTC

You're not alone sir...it bugs the sh*t out of me. Up in north houston where I live it seems to be a trend that old women drive 911's. Every 911 turbo, gt2, gt3 rs I see is driven by a 50-60 year old woman. I just don't understand it.....Then you have men down here driving maserati granturismo s's....****. Really makes me want to

People, people, just remember, we will all be old one day, if we are lucky to be that old and can still drive and afford it too

think of it this way, these cars driven by these ladies are going to make prime pickin' as used cars - they won't even be broken-in and will have a nice 50% residual

Obligatory Monty Python rebuttal

King Arthur: Old woman.
Dennis: Man.
King Arthur: Man, sorry. What knight lives in that castle over there?
Dennis: I'm 37.
King Arthur: What?
Dennis: I'm 37. I'm not old.
King Arthur: Well I can't just call you "man".
Dennis: Well you could say "Dennis".
King Arthur: I didn't know you were called Dennis.
Dennis: Well you didn't bother to find out did you?
King Arthur: I did say sorry about the "old woman", but from behind you looked...
Dennis: What I object to is you automatically treat me like an inferior.
King Arthur: Well I am king.
Dennis: Oh, king eh? Very nice. And how'd you get that, eh? By exploiting the workers. By hanging on to outdated imperialist dogma which perpetuates the economic and social differences in our society.

I bet a lot of these people go to the dealership and ask for the nicest sedans they have, which end up being m3's and m5's, and are pretty clueless about the car they are actually getting. Seen a few soccer mom's in my town rocking m3's, next time I will take a snap. But I guess if you can afford it, why not?

I know an "Old Woman" who could probably clean the clock of just about anyone here on a track driving an M3 (or anything else for that matter).

Here is an in car video:

I hate to say it, but most of the weird driving I've seen in Canada has been in Quebec - especially on the Gaspe peninsula.

But as long as she let you pass, why should you care?
