best way to fix this
so i only had my car for a month now and some stupid idiot decides to tailgate and hit me as i'm making a right turn and turns into my car vs away.
what do you guys think is the best way to fix this, also anyone know of a great bodyshop in southern california orange county. thanks |

This is why I "brake check" people who tail me. If they tail, I let off the gas and let it coast until it gets to 20ish. Sometimes, I slam the brake a little. Fun on the freeways. No excuse to tail unless you're on the fast lane or if it's a one-lane road.

Damn bro. Sorry to hear. But yeah, qtr panel, bumper and tail light. Maybe some support brackets behind if they are broken.

Dude that's a lot of cosmetic damage to a new car. New rear QP. That sucks. I feel for you. Make sure you get Diminished Value.

Ouch, Sorry to hear. I know how it feels my 2011 335xi got hit a month after I got it. Damage like that you have above will prob run about $7000-$8500. I had a loaner and the side panel got hit from someone taking a fast right turn into me. They had to replace the hole side panel from the front to the back because it is one piece, I remember it being $5000 to fix.
