CPO brake requirements

What are the minimum requirements for brakes to pass BMW CPO? is it base on mileage left or on measurement? if by measurement how do we measure?

Thanks again for the help!

Just browsed through the CPO checklist from the BMW site and it doesn't have any guidelines for mileage or measurement, though typically brakes are replaced based on their wear, not how many miles they've been on the car..

My CPO sales guy said that if any consumable parts (brakes, wipers, etc) are below 60% remaining wear, they replace them. He also showed this to me on a CPO "checklist" when I purchased the car.
