Water in my back seat (e92)

So it has been raining a lot in SoCal. I came back from a trip where my car was in the garage for a week and found a little suprise in my back seat. A ton of water must have gotten in some how before I left. After I soaked up all the water and dried it out, and a bunch more water came out of what i assume is the HVAC duct under the seat when i drove it. I drove the car some more after drying it out and it didn't happen again. Any ideas, i found a similar problem being reported for the 4-doors but nothing on the coupes?

This seemed about right, but for e90:

If the water is truly coming from the rear passenger HVAC ducts - then your listed TSB would seem to be the problem.

I haven't heard this about the coupes either, but that doesn't mean it's not possible

It could have come from somewhere else and filled up the duct from the back seat I haven't ruled that out yet.
