Battery dead, can't access trunk

Hey guys i don't know if this is the right section but the current battery in the car is completely dead so now i cant open my trunk....is there a way to open the trunk without jumping it...if it helps my car is a 2006 325i 4door automatic

you can jump it from under the hood. there is a positive terminal and negative is the chasis. correct me if I am wrong. did you know that you have a regular key in your remote? the trunk can be opened with that key.

Yeah i knew there was a key in the key fob but i never knew there was a key slot for the trunk. Is there really one cause i never seen it before

Ohhhhh so i just went down to check and there is a key hole..i feel stupid D=...Thanks guys i really appreciate the help and you guys not flaming me XD

Well they actually took that key slot out of LCI models. So don't feel stupid. Someone had a similar problem but the negative battery cable was disconnected from his battery for shipping....so he couldn't jump the car. He had to "trick" the trunk into opening by tapping into the wire that opens the trunk.

at the rate things are going no dip stick no key holes there ganna make it so u cant even get in the car by 2020 i say bring some stuff back stop lacking in the good old stuff

Well with people modding their ECU with the JB3, Dinan, etc tunes and bringing them in with engine problems to be warrantied.....it's no wonder BMW needs to cost cut.

Have you guys realized since BMW has released the N54, cost cutting has been more and more common?

Problem - installing JB4 and MTech spoiler...

Disconnected battery and then closed the trunk to mount spoiler...now I can't open trunk...

Diagram of wires I need to jump?

Key won't open the trunk...
