interior creeking sound blames on coilovers!

Took my car in for a regular service and told them that my interior was creaking like crazy going over bump's and driveways.
just got a call saying my car was ready but there was nothing they could do because its because my coilovers are so stiff that's where the noise is coming from!
This is just plain retarded because the problem was there the day i got the car, before anything aftermarket was installed.

anybody know a fix for this? gummi p-fledge? anything else?

yeah, i took my car in once because my brakes were squeaking and they blamed it on my aftermarket wheels. Dealers are ridiculous

Well, I doubt they'll be speechless when they compare how you've set up your suspension versus the BMW Perf suspension (which aren't coilovers anyway but that's another matter and really makes no difference).

They will just still blame it on the fact that your setup is well beyond even the BMW Perf setup, nullifying your point completely.

However, should they refuse to check out the squeaks and rattles regardless of your setup? I dunno, it's an iffy situation.... Having had lowered and squeaking BMWs in the past, I can tell you that a good solid drop on coilovers and increase in stiffness definitely brought out the squeaks and rattles, but I thought that correlation would be obvious?

A word of advice. NEVER mod anything on your car untill you have all the issues sorted out.

A stiffer suspension will bring out creaks and rattles.

Is this creaking that is coming from the rear deck area?

Stealerships amaze me. They didn't even check the radiator fluid on my e90 that i picked up 2 months ago and if something happened they would blame it on the tint that i put on after i got the car. They will find everything that's wrong with it after the CPO expires i will tell you that.

ceb is correct. I actually have more creaking after coilovers.

When I first got wastegate rattle, I swore it sounded like a front diff going bad.

Clicking sound, and only audible on soft deceleration and acceleration.
Totally had me fooled.
