There will be more and more of these in the next six months or so. 2008 models will have a higher mileage's, warranties expiring, services due. Plus if you haven't got EDC or DCT you will get bottom dollar!
I got out of my 2008 model at the right time to maximise on return.

Wow that is very cheap. It's a shame that when I was looking for a 335i the prices at BCA were silly. The car I went to see went for 22k and had no MOT, Tax or warranty and had scapes and marks all over. Two weeks later I bought a newer model with all the above and in much better condition for 1k less.

About right for that miles and lower spec, especially this time of year. If he keeps it till Spring he might make 2k.

he didnt buy it!!

He is lookign for 4x4's .. but they pretty much going at trade.

As an aside... a similar landrover discovery to the one we bought at a main dealer last yr .. is now being sold at £1500 for the same car, but with more mileage... insane.

At 50,000 miles it is just cheap, not mega cheap.

I've been tracking 2008 DCT cars for sometime now because I am going to buy one. Most have around 20k miles max and those with more like 50k are close to £31-£32k before a deal is reached.

It's a 'bargain' for sure, but it would take that kind of price to make me look at a car with such high mileage. I wouldn't bother if it wasn't EDC/DAB etc.

I just looked at a Convertible with loads of spec, 20k miles etc for £34,000 haggling all done. It's 7k more, but a cab is always going to attract a couple of grand, whilst the options and mileage seem to make it a better buy. That was a 2008 in Silver. I didn't buy it because the deal offerred on my Porsche was shite.

I just think Vert M3's are a waste of time. All that engineering and light Weight carbon roof to chop it off and add the unnecessary weight of a convertible etc

Who knows - it may be on VCAR.
Or have no history.
Could be a timebomb - not enough info.
And I know BCA as I live almost next to BCA Bridgwater.
Its only in the auction for one reason.

100% yes

My last few cars have been leased and all been collected and driven straight to auction by the driver collecting (I always ask where they are going out of interest.

03 Celice T-Sport 190 - 2 years old - 20k miles
05 Audi A4 2.0T S-line Quattro - 16k miles
07 BMW 325i M-sport 'vert - 13k miles

All just collected from the customer and delivered straight to the auction house - I spotted my vert for sale at a local 'prestige and performace' type dealer a few weeks later - he obviously picked it up at the auction for a good price as he had it on for about £2-3k below AUC prices.

That's why I purchased Karen's Citroen C5 at the end of the lease this year - purchased it from Citroen UK & then sold it to my local Citroen dealer a week later for £1500 more They had it on the forecourt for £2000 more again and it was sold within a week and is now driving around locally.

I tried that quite recently with my GE Capital Passat.
No chance.
They would only sell to me at above list.
Twats.

Spotted a nice White e92 on auction online with red leather 335i part service though, so for a private buyer could have been a bargin
