I have been meaning to write this review up for a while now but I have been super busy. Either way SERIOUS props to crownauto for their honesty, their willingness to go the extra mile for the customer and just overall excellent customer service


On jan 14th I bought a short shifter knob for my e90 325i. The part arrived and somehow it wasnt put together right and was actually backward ( believe it or not and yes i have pics).

I called crownauto up , spoke with JD, and he personally went the extra mile to 2 day me another short shifter knob and a return slip for the defective unit.

JD - to you i commend you on excellent customer service and willingness to trust that the customer wasn't misleading you. I appreciate you 2 day expressing me the knob to minimize my downtime out of your cost, and I will be sure to use crown auto for any other bmw part need that I encounter.

This is good to hear, JD has been working on my strut brace and split armrest order for the past few weeks trying to get stock of the latter from Germany. I hope he gets it soon!
