SES Light Out of Nowhere

Hey guys, been running a PBX, muffler delete, and charcoal filter delete for over 4 months now without any issues. Then, this morning all of a sudden, my Service Engine Soon light stays on when starting the car, and has been on all day. Does anyone have any thoughts why it would come on all of a sudden? Car seems to be running fine. Any checks I can do without a scantool?

Did that, and it didn't work.

However, I did set my PBX to setting 0, and low and behold, no more Service Engine Soon light. Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing. Any thoughts?
