Factory roof rack (rear rack) seems to be too short. Please help.

Now that I have your attention: I'm in the middle of installing the factory roof rack on my 09 335Xi E92 and the rear rack seems to be too short. It's the same length as the front one but looking at my car, the rear mounting points definitely have wider track by an inch or so.

What gives? Did they send me the wrong parts? Am I supposed to adjust these a bit? I really want to finish installing before the sunset (~2.5 hrs from now) so your prompt help is greatly appreciated! If we ever meet in person (and if you help), I'll buy you a beer

Nevermind, I'm an idiot. Should have read a bit further into the instruction. These are adjustable.
