It wasn't standard in all '07's particularly the ealier builds.

MSD 81 was introduced as of 3/08 production. Updated wastegates and actuators were installed as of 3/08 production as well.

How do I know if my car has an oil cooler?
I notice that it gets heat up slowly though, to take it to the near middle range it takes about 20-30 min of driving....

You can see the aluminium cooler lines run near the oil filter, or just look in the passenger front inner fender (front of wheel well) and if you have it you will see it.
