No I must keep my eyes on the prize M3 ZCP or the 1 M Coupe?
As my beautiful wife has reminded me of. Ahhh...drowning my sorrows.... I know she goes off to a good home. The new owner is an auditor who never even exceeded the speed limit. I was thinking...."here let me show you what this circle exclamation symbol does"! what a wonderful machine for the last 4 & 1/2 years!

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

We are moving to Stuttgart...
I purchased a Jetta TDI to use in Europe (shipped at govt expense) because of the fuel efficiency and a warranty. I planned on shipping the E90 over but, my logical side won over. That money can be put to better use. Honestly, the Jetta TDI is not to bad when mated with a 6MT. She produces about 240 lb feet of of torque and the driving experience is not so bad. Here in Norfolk there are lots of opportunities to upset the chassis in carousel turns and what not. The last generation Jetta (which mine is) with full multi link independent rear suspension remains compliant when upset in turns. But, lets be sure. It is not the same driving experience.

Oh well live and learn.
Tomorrow morning I will climb into the Jetta during the morning commute & attempt to drive it within an inch of its life. {Just kidding!} I have learned one thing in the TDI. If you can heel toe in a diesel you can heel toe in anything

I like Europe's default setup = Diesel + MT
As opposed to the U.S. = Gasoline + AT
