My salesman called me!
Picked up an E90 two months ago (traded e46). Salesman called me today and wanted to know how I liked the car. Well, this is the third car I bought from him and my brother-in-law bought a 3- and a 5-series from him.
Still, only in Japan do you get such nice service. Wait until you hear what happens when you roll in for a checkup! |

What happens when you bring in your ride for service?
When you drive into the dealer there are two to three salesman who open your car doors for you. In a matter of moments your salesman arrives and instructs one of the office ladies to get our drink orders (coffee, tea, soft drink). He then barks at someone to get a loaner ready while he does the paperwork. When the loaner arrives the same two to three salesmen open the doors for you. One of the salesman then watches traffic and motions when it's OK to go. Everyone bows as you ride off into the sunset. I wonder what it would be like if I had a 5 or 7 series. |
