It happened again! Whole car keyed

A nice start of the morning: I walk up to my car and see a scratch mark on the rear fender. But to my surprise not only on the rear fender, but on every left side body panel of my car Front fender, front door, rear door and rear fender.

Not a complete line from front to back, but every panel is marked seperately... I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE SOMEBODY DOES THAT

I still feel the adrenaline (and the anger)!

This is just to let my frustration out; it already happened and the only thing I can do now is to get out my wallet out and repair it

Hope everything works out ... I'm surprised this also happens in Belgium. A BMW is a not so common car on our roads.

We live in Amsterdam and this happened to all of our cars (VW Golf V6 4motion, MB ML320 and C220) in the last 5 years... I can understand the anger! I'm really planning to equip my next car with camera's... but dunno how tho

We've never caught the guy who scratched the cars... but man, how bad would I take revenge!

My car had the SAME thing. Hopefully your insurance is pretty good

Well on the bright side - at least you get a brand new paint job

Maybe that's why. The more common a car is, the less it's noticed. If you have one of a handful of BMWs, it's going to attract attention (good and bad).

Sorry about your car, that's aweful.

I just can't understand why some people go out of there way purposely to try and hurt other people.

Are you a jerk? Have you wronged someone in the past? I'm guessing not.

I just don't understand some this in this world....

you have some really messup ppl where you live. I would not fix it until I know who is doing this. Maybe file a police report on vandalism so they might patrol the erea and catch the bastard. gl.

i can totally feel your frustration. i also can't park my car in a garage and it got vandalized a few times in the past year parking on street. i had to fork out over $2k for repairs. not fun.

hope everything works out and hope those f-ckers that do such things burn in hell along with saddam.

Sorry to hear that, good luck getting it fixed.. Can you buy a rabid dog and keep it outside at night? I personally would setup a motion sensor perimeter around the car, have it wake me up if it detects anything. Then I would have an m21 locked and loaded at my window..

That's why I have the scope. I would have the ultimate decision/discretion to take the shot. If you were at the e90 and holding keys or a screwdriver, you'd be a dead man. If you were at the e90 and holding your pens.. I guess I would just call the cops..

Thanks guys for your comments!

I wish I knew who did it, but that's not the case. I also wish I had a garage, but it isn't so. It's basically a very safe place where I am living, so I really don't understand... There are tons of more expensive cars in the area (maybe I only clean mine more often; I want it to look shiny ) and I don't have any 'enemies' here; I just sleep and work here

Anyway, this is actually the second car that got damaged; my previous car (Subaru WRX PPP) got scratched AND somebody spilled glue (?) over the hood (it took over 5 hours to remove it).

I just had to get this out of my system. Thanks for listening!

did you also report him to the police? I hope so (in addition to beating the crap out of him).

Sorry to hear this.

Mine has been keyed on the boot twice one of the key marks gouges into the rear lights a little. Mine is a company car and we have a no-fix policy for "minor" issues like this... I am secretly willing someone to back into me while my car is parked sometime... until then I will wear the marks like a badge of honour - makes my car look like a real BMW

Do you happen to be younger than 30 or 25?

If you are quite sure that you did not piss off someone, break some young ladies heart or looked at someone the wrong way ...

Then I would say = Pure Jealousy

Get the bmw car cover with a lock and an alarm to set the car off if they touch it. This is the best advice I can give you.
