help here--how do i turn off the tire pressure light?

just changed my 18" rft's, to 19's (non rft)on my E92. Now my tire pressure monitor light is on..and I've tried to reset it, but it wont go off...anyone advice?

Do you have an E92? Do your new rims have TPMS sensors? If not, you can't turn off the light.

Isn't there a way to install the tire pressure sensor on the new wheels to bypass this problem? I'm not 100% sure I read something along that nature a while back on the forum.

you can either just live with it, OR

1. get new tpms sensors/valve stems, unmount your new 19'' rims/tires and install the sensors in
OR
2. remove the tpms sensors from your stocks (if you don't plan on using them or selling em) and then unmount your new 19'' rims/tires and install the sensors in

Just have them take out your TPS from ur RF and install them on ur 19"s.

there wont be any problem if I drive with the light on for now right?...i'll be getting new tires in a couple of months, and will just have them inserted in my new tires when i get them balanced.....will post pics tomorrow

i took my 19's off my E90, and put them onto the E92, thats why I will be getting new tires soon...thats also why I didnt know about the tire sensors..make sense?
