just curious..I dont have the winter package, but have the square shape (for the washers) on my bumper??

I think all E92s have the cutout for the headlight washer whether they have the CWP or not. In fact I just reverified it from an earlier post:

According to my salesman, yes, they are included on every car now. I imagine this saves BMW some money since they only have to stock a single bumper.

From what I saw on this or other forums; in canada only the e92 in Xi version comes with washers, they are not available on the others.

If that was really the case, then the rear and front bumpers would have the holes for the PDC...

In North America that is true, but at the very least Europe can get them on the front as well.
