This is kind of a chronological story of my new years day. For the most part it BLEW GOATS! but thats life. Check out the 328i i found at my dealership that was mismarked as a 335i! Anyone seen that before? Also a CSL and 750 on 21's......

Obviously the 335i is really a 328i with sports package.....correct me if im wrong..

If that 335i/328i is mis-badged bythe dealer, that's possible fraud.

Yeah...that's a 328 (e90)
The 335 has the twin guns in back.

That is not a real CSL, and the '335' is either a rebadged 325 or 328. All 335's have the split exhausts, and only the 325/328 comes with style 161 rims...

I do know my cars (BMW) very well, but help me on this one: why isn't it a M3 CSL??? Same boot-lid, same rear bumper (with quad-exhausts and CF trim around). The only thing I can think of: It is red, did the CSL come in red??

I was pretty sure it was but have never seen one in person. There was carbon fiber on the B pillar, inside, and on the front lip. The exhaust looked custom but i really thought it was a real CSL?

We have never had the M3 CSL in the US

Its missing the CF roof too... Its all replica parts and probably ZCP wheels...

That's right what you're saying, you did only get the CS of the M3. It's probably imported via BMW NA, but maybe someone from the continent imported the car.

Also that 328i was brand new. Still had the sticker on it. Check it. Sorry, i couldnt get the camera to focus right. It wanted to focus on the rain on the windshield.

Its still there for sale...

maybe its fraud if it was the other way around. if they were trying to sell a 328i as a 335i. the sticker still says its a 328i.

Nope... No CF roof. Hence, no CSL. It could be what we have called the competition package with aftermarket items added. There are companies that offer aftermarket trunks to look like the CSL. I can guarantee thats what you see on this car. Its an M3 with cosmetic upgrades...

NO, I seeing ( sorry reading) before.
During European Delivery one of the member of this board get his 330i badged as 325 during delivery process. BMW remove 325 badge right in the delivery center and he is driving his 330i in North California right now.

Might be a factory mistake. If I were the dealership, I would get that fixed pronto. Its misrepresentation, and that owner would get flamed on the message boards

That's what I did said the CS (US: competition package).

But that was a customer request. This is a brand new car. There is something wrong with the car...

Sorry... I just remember the term for that in the US is the ZCP package. Ive never heard the CS designation, but Ill keep that in mind
