e92 Non Power Seat Question
The dealer didn't have an example for me to see, so a question to those of you without power seats...
When you pull the lever on the seat to make it tip forward to allow back seat access, does it slide the whole seat forward as well? The power version has a little "<->" button that moves the seat forward just under the handle. I think I remember my e36 cab with manual seats slid forward on the rails when you lifted the little latch on the side of the seat to let back seaters in. Thanks! - Stew

yeh, with manual seats when you lift the handle to bend the seats over for rear access, they can slide forward on the rails, and then slide back once your passengers are in the back seats

i was considering getting the manual but got the power seats after the dealer told me there are no height adjustment (front - back only). Don't know if it's true.
They don't have any manuals on the floor. In fact, they told me they don't ever stock manuals seats on the floor, you will have to order it and the chance of catching one of these before it gets picked up is slim to none. |
