Dension Gateway 500

having installed a gateway 500 I am finding it a real ball ache dropping in and out of random mode (i.e. random all songs to the relevent album and back again).
Am I being a complete muppet or is the interface really not that good

You need to update the firmware of the Dension. Go to the Dension website and follow the instructions
