what happens if I get a 6 speed and my dad borrows the car and puts it in the wrong gear? Can the engine blow up or is there a rev limiter on the car?

Tell him that pushing in the clutch is bad for his back. Wouldn't want him to suffer.

how does ur dad not know stick and u do. I mean i know my parents still can kick my ass in a manual. But i mean i dono if ur dad doesnt know how to drive it why dont you kind of show him before he just borrows it.

Engine will blow up. Rev limiter will not save you from a mis shift.

if he does blow up the car get his car and neutral drop it until the transmission falls out and then run it over for good measure. If you do this he will not want to drive your car ever again.
