HP Lightening tire fit ?

I found a good deal on some 18" HP Lightening wheels on craigslist and am planning on looking at them tomorrow. The car that they were on was a 2000 BMW (E46 I believe) and am wondering if these wheels will fit my 2006 325xi. If so, what other things should I consider before making the purchase. I am a bit of a car noob and have been reading on here about spacers, etc... and dont want to buy these if it will be a big hassle to get these to fit. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for putting in the wrong forum, have a mod move it if necessary. Do you mean the offsets and width's of the rims I want to buy or my current ones. Sorry for being a noob.
