VMR VB3'S or VMR 718 ??????

Hey guys...that's my dilemma....VB3's? or 718? I like the concave look of the 718's that accompanies the front of the car as well but the VB3's look cleaner.....!

Anyone has an E92 w' 718's would appreciated if you could post a picture on here

Thx.

Between the two the VMR VB3 gets my vote! I'll shoot you over a PM with more details!

I went with the 718's for the front offset. The VB3's has a higher (+5mm) front offset.

I was going to go VB3 for the 10" rear rim too, but with my PS2's being chunky, I didn't want to take the chance of rubbing in the rear and running spacers up front.

It was a tough choice though.

Its a toss up, I would go with the 718, not as many people running it.

although a 9.5"front and 10" rear on the 92 with a VB3 would be a sick setup and would cure the front offset issue, Let me know if I can help you out with a good stance and nice setup for wheels

Typically our customers go with the VB3. The nice concave design combined with the clean OEM lines make for a really nice look. The other nice thing is the ability to go with the 9.5" front and 10" rear give a very aggressive stance. You still use the standard 235/265 setup to avoid rubbing. We have done this before with no rubbing problems, even lowered on H&R Sport springs.

Here is one of our customers with Hyper Black VB3

That is without any spacers, and he has yet to experience any rubbing. Also using 235/265 General Exclaim UHP.

Everyone has VB3s, but for a good reason. They're excellent wheels for the money!

Definitely cant go wrong with either styles... If you are looking to go for a more concave face, then the 10" VB3 will do it for you. If you are looking for a more fresh and updated style, then the V718's.

Here are some more V718 photos.

I just ordered my VB3's from WSTO. You can't beat the 9.5 front 10 rear setup. Great price and they were very accommodating when I was going through the same dilemma on choosing between a few wheels.

I'm interested in some 18 inch VB3 wheels (18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 back) for my 2010 535i. Can someone point me where I can buy them? I would prefer to use a forum sponsor.

Could someone help out with the tire sizes. I currently have 245/40-18 all around as they are 18x8.0 (135 style wheel). What would I buy for the 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 rims for a similar look?

Well the set up for a staggered 18" set up on VB3's would be 235/40-18 up front and 265/35-18 in the back for a more meaty look, that's the standard recommendation for that fitment.

I'll send you a PM on this so we can discuss sizes.
