Faulty DSC Control Module

Well got back from the dealer. The diagnosis is:

Faulty DSC Control Module
Part is on backorder. Coming from Germany. Due in 5 to 7 days.

Said that it was a software glitch. 1 day install time to be installed and programmed to my vehicle.

Anyone else in a 06 or 07 3 series who has had the faulty dsc control module? I know some production had dtc issues. Wondering if anyone has had my issue too? With just over 1k on the odometer

BMW nearly killed me

I got a DSC malfunction warning on my iDrive screen, and later my baby crashed because of it, but thanks to my skills and the guardian angel I reduced the damage as much as possible but I'm still in shock. I towed the car to the dealer on Saturday. I'm still puzzled how I should approach this, and whether or not I should get a lawyer - This is my 3rd coupe in 9 years and never had an accident. What a great way to start 2007

Now that I saw your posted date, that’s around the same time when mine happened.

Details? You can't just post that and not explain.

Actually, you encouraged me to post a dedicated thread for my mishap.
I will add the URL here, once I post it.
