I almost forgot about it. But you're right, it's crazy that they didn't even send a standard note such as "thank you for your letter, we'll take your advice into consideration". It was a nicely written letter attached to an email with a question and some suggestions to improve our beloved cars. But I can imagine how many emails and letters are being sent daily that need to be screened by some intern for the real serious ones...

AFAIK BMWNA tries its very best to NOT put anything in writing !!! LOL and they will not even send me a copy of the notes that they made of our conversations. They do not want anything that will prove anything out in public !!!
