WTF?

Wife's X3 went in yesterday for hydraulic tensioner fix and came home with leaking brakes? WTF is up with that? I can see where the tensioner is located and it's nowhere near the driver's side front tire where the leak is happening. I know this could be nothing more than coincidence, but this is the second time I have had to call a flat bed to return a car after servicing.

First time was after the 1,200 mile service on my M3. The tech pinched the oil filter gasket and I leaked oil all over my garage. Now this??!!

Very frustrating!

Update:

It's fluid from the shock absorber and her X3 has a broken strut! She swears she didn't hit anything. Only out of the ordinary thing is that the car was at the dealership yesterday for the tensioner work.

A week wait and $850 to replace!
