19" M3 alloys on E91 335d M Sport

New to this forum. This is my first post. Last week I bought E91 335d M sport. Its got the standard 18" alloys which I dont like. I've been offered genuine E92 M3 19" alloys. The front wheels are 8.5J x 19 ET29 and the back are 9.5J x 19 ET23. Can anybody advise me if these will fit my car or not.

Fenders will likely not accommodate these wheels without rubbing...M3 typically has wider track than non-M and those short offsets probably will push them outward too far. That and the fact that the tires will probably be a little taller and further reduce clearances.

Does anybody know for certain. I've seen man pics of e91s with the 19" M3 alloys.
Not sure if they are genuine or not. On another post, there is also uncertainty. Can no one give definitive answer. See post below.

Correct.

You'll likely need to roll the fenders.

Nasser, what rubber are you putting on them? 9.5 in back is pretty wide. 275's will need rolling for sure. Your car would normally take up to 225's on 8" with 34mm offset on the front and 255's on 8.5" with 37mm offset on the rear.

Go to the tire section (here) and put in the stock (8", 225/40-18, ET34) and something like a (8.5", 245/30-19, ET29) and you'll find you are 1mm closer to the strut inboard (not a problem) but 11mm outwards towards the fender...this is not good and will most likely need rolling. Do the same for the rears and you're even worse outwards! You could put on narrower rubber (stretched...uugh) but still pretty sketchy, I think.

I have got the OEM 220s on my car and it fit pretty well, it has got S01 255/35 tires in the rear and like people say they can rubb when you hit the worst bumps where the suspension moves allot up and down but my plan for the winter is to take them to a workshop and machine them for a little more ET.

Get the wheels, but change the tyres to 225/35/19 front and 255/30/19 rear.

^ I'd consider going to a 235-section tire on the front...8.5" wheels are pretty wide for a 225.
