Re-Choosing New Wheels
Car: 2006 E90 330i
Color: Jet Black Ok so I have these ugly ass Borbet wheels still and I thought I was set on my new wheels at first. My choice was either VMR V701's or V710's. Now I found out about Avant Garde's and AluFelgen's. My top choice has become the AluFelgen's CS7's. I have photos posted below of the car (stock photo) and the rest of the wheel photos. I know it easiest to choose the style of wheel but I really could use more advice and opinions on wheel finish. A lot of people are against black on black for lack of contrast. Others say that silver is just a timeless classic with style. Last, gunmetal is a bit more unique and interesting. My E90 (Stock photo but it has the tints, and I will be going with the shadow line window trim) VMR Choices I love these styles but these are gravity cast wheels which is a process I don't find to be quality work 701 710 718 Avant Garde Choices I really like Avant Garde 310's in matte black, don't see a downside to this wheel 310 - Silver 310 - Matte Black AluFelgen Choices I am really not feeling there silver but I love the concave and matte black they do. Not a huge fan that is has the spot for the M logo though CS7 - Gunmetal CS7 - Hyper Black CS7 - Matte Black CS7 - Silver Neez Choices My boss is offering me a set of Neez QD7's, enough said when it comes to Neez. (These make HRE look cheap) QD7

Well the 701 is the only design that ins't CSL style, which is very popular. I like it, but its not as unique. For my car I was thinking Gunmetal, but recently saw some hyper black on another jb E90 and it looked good too.

neez wheels spawned designs that seem in companies like HRE, DPE, etc. i thinki their most expensive wheel from what i found is the 20s for the ferrari f430's, there about 4700 grand a wheel converted from yen :O ridiculous.
i like the neez but i feel like they dont have much to em and i am not a big fan of miros

I'm sure that we've spoken in regards to some different wheel setups already. I'll include another into this conversation as it doesn't seem like anyone has mentioned it. Check out the Forgestar F14 Flow form wheel!

I personally would get the V701s, which seem to be Advan RS reps? I wonder if the car in the pic is a Monaco Blue? If I had Jet black, I'd go silver or gunmetal. Actually I'd do the same with my Monaco Blue Contrast (silver) or highlight (gunmetal)

Those are 19" Alufelgen CS7s. I believe he is running H&R Sport springs. This setup wins by my standards.
